A consortium of Ukrainian think tanks developed proposals to the European Commission's report on implementation of the European Neighbourhood Policy in 2011, particularly in Ukraine.
The consortium includes The Ukrainian Centre for Independent Political Research, The Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting and The Centre for Political and Legal Reforms. The proposals were developed under support of the International Renaissance Foundation.
